The weather has been odd this summer. Lots of rain, which is not too strange, but lots of thunder, too. The nights glow with electricity, and heavy clouds descend among rooftops, rumbling and growling. For some time, I thought there were regular storms, too, for the lamp hanging on the chord across the street swings and jumps in the dark. When I sit in the living room, I can watch it throw leaping and dancing shadows onto the wall of the neighbouring building. However, Lakse tells me that there’s been no storms where he lives, which is only five minutes away. So that too is that, I guess.
